Five or more years of California probate, conservatorship, or trust and estate experience
Substantial experience independently managing probate and conservatorship matters from commencement to completion
Proficiency preparing fiduciary court accountings with financial reconciliations and supporting schedules
Thorough knowledge of California probate procedures, court requirements, and applicable deadlines
Strong legal drafting, proofreading, research, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills
