What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master's with 8 years, PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience
Exposure to Operations domains including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, and Spares Operations
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional AI/ML/Automation programs
Technical fluency in AI/ML/Automation concepts
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in semiconductor equipment or similar advanced manufacturing environments preferred
