What you’ll do
Lead global learning and knowledge strategy
Build scalable education, certification, documentation, and operational-readiness programs
Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and manage managers
Use learner insights to improve product adoption and usability
What you’ll need
~10 years of progressive leadership experience in Technical Training, Product L&D, Customer Education, or Technical Enablement
5+ years of director-level management experience managing managers and multi-disciplinary teams
0-to-1 track record building global product education or enablement function from scratch
Deep understanding of complex B2B SaaS/Hardware business models and P&L impact
Executive presence and communication skills with C-Suite alignment
Proven capability to design modern multi-tenant learning ecosystems
