About the role
Guidehouse seeks an AI & Analytics Innovation Lead to drive data and AI transformation for a major NGA Program Executive Office, including developing strategic metrics, automating data processes, building dashboards, and advising on AI/ML implementation and governance.
What you’ll do
Develop strategic metrics for program performance
Automate data processes and transform large data sets
Create dashboards and visualizations for executive audiences
Advise on AI/ML use cases, governance, and implementation
Connect analytic outputs to strategic decisions
Identify high-value use cases and create structured data/AI roadmaps
What you’ll need
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to sit for CI poly within first 30 days
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience delivering data solutions in visualization, data science, or AI/ML
Experience developing dashboards in Tableau that translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong understanding of Generative AI capabilities, implementation considerations, and responsible AI practices
Experience with Python, SQL, R, data pipelines, Agile methodologies, and Jira
