About the role
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum practices, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across Agile initiatives.
What you’ll do
Facilitate Scrum practices and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles and self-organization
Track and analyze Agile metrics to improve team performance
Remove impediments to ensure team progress
Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
What you’ll need
7+ years of related work experience
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
Proven ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and lead Scrum ceremonies
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience with Agile project-management tools (e.g., Jira)
Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
