What you’ll do
Lead development of scalable, high-throughput, low-latency personalized asset systems
Enable product and machine learning teams to create and test member experiences
Drive the team's roadmap and connect work to business needs
Act as a technical advisor and empower engineers without micromanagement
Hire and grow diverse, highly talented engineers
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience leading backend distributed systems teams
Experience building and operating distributed systems impacting customer experience
Strong partnerships with product leaders and influence on product direction
Excellence in communicating context with team, stakeholders, and leadership
Domain experience with personalization, A/B testing, machine learning, cloud computing, and Java
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
