About the role
Intezra is seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert to serve as a systems engineer and technical authority for its training team. This onsite senior role involves developing and delivering technical cyber training, maintaining qualification standards, and providing hands-on instruction and mentorship.
What you’ll do
Develop and deliver technical training and instructional materials
Maintain training pipelines and qualification standards (JQS/TQS)
Provide instruction and hands-on support to students and junior personnel
Create virtual training environments and Capture-The-Flag (CTF) events
Mentor operators and exploitation analysts
Apply AI/ML technologies to improve workload efficiency and automate routine tasks
What you’ll need
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
8+ years with a Bachelor's, 6+ years with a Master's, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of cyber operations and cyber tradecraft; experience developing and delivering technical training and instructional materials
Experience developing or reviewing Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS)
Experience with operating systems, networking concepts, and virtualization platforms (VMware/ESXi, Proxmox, KVM)
Proficiency in Bash, Python, and C++; experience creating virtual training environments and CTF events; experience mentoring operators and analysts; experience applying AI/ML to workload automation
