About the role
B&A Precision is hiring a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple locations and legal entities, handling financial records, close and reconciliations, payroll, and acquisition integration. The role requires general ledger proficiency, strong Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks/NetSuite and manufacturing ERP systems.
What you’ll do
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple locations and legal entities
Support month-end close and account reconciliations
Process payroll
Support acquisition integration
Maintain consistent accounting processes and controls
Support multiple entities and intercompany transactions
What you’ll need
Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
Strong Excel skills including large data sets, formulas, lookups, and reconciliations
Understanding of basic accounting principles and internal controls
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred and two to four years of accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite
Experience with JobBOSS or other manufacturing ERP systems and supporting multiple entities, intercompany transactions, inventory, or manufacturing accounting
