What you’ll do
Own delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for healthcare customers
Serve as primary technical and strategic account owner
Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents
Advise executive stakeholders at complex organizations
Manage healthcare compliance requirements
Shape the healthcare product roadmap
What you’ll need
6+ years owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes with at least 3 years in healthcare
Real fluency in healthcare operations, including health plans, health systems, care, claims, and contact centers
Ability to hold substantive conversations with clinical leaders and CIOs
Strong technical acumen and ability to shape AI agent designs with engineers and executives
Experience shipping in regulated, security-reviewed environments such as HIPAA, BAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST
Executive presence and track record as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers
