What you’ll need
5+ years of software engineering experience including significant CI/CD or developer infrastructure in cloud-based systems
Hands-on mastery of modern CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins, or GitLab
Production-quality software development in Java or a similar statically-typed language with solid data structures and algorithms
Ability to break down complex architectural efforts, collaborate across teams, and mentor other developers
Experience defining and evolving cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, or similar tools
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC 2) and using AI coding assistants in developer workflows
