What you’ll need
Bachelor's and 9+ years of experience, Master's and 7+ years, or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree and 9 years
Experience in Federal Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal Operations, or Strategic Growth Operations
Strong understanding of the end-to-end federal business development and capture lifecycle
Familiarity with CRM databases such as Salesforce, GovWin, or SharePoint and pipeline/reporting tools
Ability to collaborate with and hold senior executives, Market Leaders, and cross-functional peers accountable
Ability to anticipate issues and thrive in a fast-paced environment
