What you’ll do
Provide leave coverage for HR leadership team member
Maintain day-to-day HR operations
Support employees and managers in employee relations and performance management
Manage employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and staffing
What you’ll need
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Strong employee relations and performance management experience
Working knowledge of New York employment laws and HR compliance requirements
Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced workforce
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including ADP Workforce Now
Hospitality, luxury, restaurant, hotel, or other service-driven industry experience
