What you’ll do
Oversee financial and operational performance of real estate assets
Prepare lender and investor reporting

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
Advanced Excel financial modeling experience
Experience with accounting and property management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, RealPage, CoStar, and Business Intelligence tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
