About the role
This role leads operational performance across inpatient psychiatric hospitals and acute behavioral health facilities, overseeing provider coverage, financial accountability, service transitions, and divisional teams while partnering with clinical, HR, Credentialing, and Finance leaders.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations experience with leadership responsibility
Experience leading physician and advanced practice provider services and facility leadership relationships
Strong understanding of operations, provider coverage models, and healthcare workflows for assigned facility type
Experience managing budgets, staffing costs, performance metrics, and operational transitions
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
