What you’ll do
Develop, test, and maintain features for the Hyperlift Stars Platform
Collaborate across the software lifecycle
Use AI tools to improve implementation, testing, and debugging
Debug and troubleshoot backend performance issues
Deliver features with quality and reliability under guidance from senior engineers
Work collaboratively in high-performing engineering teams
What you’ll need
Proficiency in one or more programming languages/frameworks, preferably Elixir/Phoenix and/or Python/Flask
Working knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and containerized applications
Ability to debug backend performance issues using modern observability tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
