What you’ll do
Build and implement strategic, competitive, and data-driven equity and executive compensation solutions
Drive strategic direction for complex, high-impact compensation initiatives
Serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams
Manage and implement equity compensation vehicles including RSUs and stock options
Synthesize complex data into clear, high-impact narratives for leaders
Influence and partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
What you’ll need
BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, finance, analytics, or consulting
Direct experience managing and implementing equity compensation vehicles including RSUs and stock options
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including model building, statistical analysis, and data visualization
Experience influencing and partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Executive compensation consulting or tech industry experience
