About the role
N2P Systems is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered clinical summarization and clinical decision support solutions. What you’ll do
Drive development and delivery of AI-powered clinical summarization and decision support solutions
Translate healthcare and business needs into AI product strategies
Coordinate clinical, business, and technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Define KPIs and measure AI product performance and adoption
Support model evaluation, validation, and continuous improvement processes
What you’ll need
At least 5 years of professional Product Management experience
At least 2 years of experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products
Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and technical delivery teams
Practical experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and product documentation
Understanding of AI/ML concepts including model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring
Exposure to healthcare data and clinical information management
