JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to support the Embedded Payments Analytics Product Management team, translating user and business needs into requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance self-service analytics and decision-making.
What you’ll do
Support analytics product delivery and discovery
Translate user and business needs into requirements
Partner with product, engineering, data, and AI/ML stakeholders
Improve self-service insights and decision-making
Validate metric logic and perform exploratory analysis
Troubleshoot data issues
What you’ll need
1+ years of experience in product management, analytics, BI, data engineering, or software delivery
Proficiency in SQL for metric validation, exploratory analysis, and data troubleshooting
Familiarity with analytics concepts including KPIs, reporting, dimensional modeling, and data quality
Experience with Databricks or similar lakehouse analytics platforms
Basic proficiency in Python for analytics or automation
Experience with Jira/Confluence for backlog management and documentation
