About the role
Senior Director leading insights and analytics for the U.S. Therapeutic Dermatology commercial business, responsible for forecasting, data strategy, and building analytics talent.
What you’ll do
Lead forecasting, analytics strategy, and data modeling
Generate actionable insights for the commercial business
Partner cross-functionally across the organization
Develop and mentor analytics talent
Oversee analytics using specialty pharmacy, IQVIA, and payer/claims data
Drive data-driven decision making and analytics best practices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (economics, business, finance, statistics, data science, engineering)
10+ years progressive experience in analytics, insights, or data science in pharma, biotech, or healthcare
5+ years leadership experience in forecasting, marketing science, or equivalent
Experience with specialty pharmacy, IQVIA, payer/claims, and unstructured datasets
Strong proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools (Python, R, SQL)
Proven leadership of high-impact analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives
