About the role
Wise seeks a Senior Commercial Analyst to support its North American commercial and delivery teams with scalable reporting, KPI development, advanced analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and data-driven insights. The role requires strong SQL and data pipeline skills, commercial acumen, and experience in high-growth B2B tech.
What you’ll do
Build scalable reporting, dashboards, and KPI development for commercial teams
Perform advanced analytics and data-driven insights to improve sales performance and reduce time to revenue
Own analytics from data transformation through delivering actionable insights
Conduct opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling
Own projects end-to-end and motivate stakeholders across Wise
Write and maintain clear, concise documentation
What you’ll need
Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Looker
Commercial mindset with experience in opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling
Experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment with commercial teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with sales and project management data in tools like Salesforce
Experience with payments or transactions data and Python data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and plotly
