About the role
Nextiva is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across its Unified Customer Experience platform. The role partners with Product and Engineering, engages customers, and leverages AI-assisted workflows to deliver production-ready experiences on desktop and mobile.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end design across the Unified Customer Experience platform
Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and validate experiences
Engage customers through discovery conversations and feedback
Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design and prototyping
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
Design production-ready experiences across desktop and mobile
What you’ll need
6+ years designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
Experience leading complex product initiatives from discovery through implementation
Experience building scalable design systems and component libraries
Proficiency with modern AI-powered design and development tools and workflows
Technical fluency with HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, and Git-based collaboration
