About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead Salesforce implementations and technology projects
• Support continuing education units and work with business units and academic departments across Wharton
• Manage requirements and solution design through testing, training, support, and ongoing process improvement
• Build flows within Salesforce using Flow Builder or similar tools
• Create complex workflows and automated processes
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Salesforce work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications required
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration with custom object creation, permissions, and data management
• Proficiency in building flows within Salesforce using Flow Builder or similar tools
• Experience creating complex workflows and automated processes with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Additional Salesforce certifications: Experience Cloud Consultant; comfortable writing Apex; EDA data model experience; Jira, Gearset, and Higher Education experience
