About the role
Qualtrics is hiring an Associate Instructional Designer to create and maintain digital learning content for its global Go-To-Market Enablement team. This hybrid role focuses on designing engaging eLearning experiences, leveraging AI tools, and supporting employee and partner learning across customer-facing roles.
What you’ll do
Create and maintain digital learning content for global Go-To-Market Enablement
Support employee and partner learning across customer-facing roles
Translate complicated concepts into easy-to-understand formats
Scale approach from polished immersive learning to agile just-in-time assets
Report on digital learning data and turn it into design decisions
Raise questions early and adjust when priorities move
What you’ll need
4-5 years of experience in content development, technical writing, or online instructional design
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or a comparable authoring tool
Working knowledge of an enablement or learning platform such as WorkRamp, Highspot, or WhatFix
Comfort designing in Canva or an equivalent visual design tool
Knowledge of adult learning theories, Bloom's Taxonomy, and instructional design models
Experience making digital learning interactive, engaging, and social
