About the role

What you’ll do
Own the control plane architecture and technical roadmap
Drive scalability, reliability, and effectiveness of the platform
Serve as technical anchor for engineering and ML teams
Lead large-scale engineering projects from inception to productionization
Identify architectural gaps and reduce technical debt
Develop extensible, modular designs for long-term scalability
What you’ll need
8+ years building scalable, fault-tolerant products or platforms
Proficiency in Go, C/C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals including API server, CRDs, controllers, operators, and admission webhooks
Strong experience with etcd and MySQL
Experience building or operating ML platforms or workflow orchestration systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
