Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
Fluent in AI experimentation (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience operating in professional services or complex matrixed environments
