About the role
Frazier & Deeter seeks a CMMC Advisory Manager to lead CMMC readiness and certification assessment engagements, manage client relationships and teams, and support growth of the CMMC practice.
What you’ll do
Oversee CMMC readiness and certification assessment engagements from scoping to reporting
Manage client relationships and engagement delivery
Lead teams evaluating security practices against NIST requirements
Support business development and proposals
Grow the CMMC practice
Present results to executive leadership and boards
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
7-10 years of experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Risk Advisory, or Compliance
Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) certification
U.S. citizenship required for CMMC assessment activities
Deep understanding of CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/800-171A, and CUI/FCI handling
Experience managing assessment or audit engagements end to end
