About the role

What you’ll do

Manage the product lifecycle for portal and self-service initiatives
Collaborate with external customers directly to understand needs
What you’ll need
10+ years of product management or product ownership experience at a senior level
Background in customer portals, e-commerce, or customer self-service applications
Comfortable working directly with external customers
Experience translating customer feedback into product requirements and delivered features
Exposure to Salesforce or other commercial/CRM platforms is a plus
