What you’ll need
6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
Experience supporting or working with technical products
Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations
Strong communication and stakeholder management across executives and end users
Enterprise SaaS experience with large-scale Fortune 500 solutions
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
