About the role

What you’ll do

• Govern enterprise software implementation and automation program portfolios
• Lead customer-facing software implementation and strategic consulting engagements with GSIs or enterprise software vendors
• Manage portfolios of 10+ projects and multiple project managers with full lifecycle accountability
• Serve as trusted delivery advisor to VP and C-level client executives
• Drive project risk and conflict resolution
• Design, develop, test, and support UiPath automation solutions

What you’ll need

• 10+ years leading customer-facing software implementation, professional services, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting engagements with GSIs or enterprise software vendors
• Financial industry expertise in banking or insurance, including financial workflows, regulatory compliance, risk management, and security standards
• Experience leading portfolios of 10+ projects and managing multiple project managers with full lifecycle accountability
• 6+ years IT experience with a code development background and a degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows; UiPath Advanced Developer Certification required
• Programming/scripting knowledge in VBA/VB, Java, C#, or Python; OCR and AI/ML knowledge a plus
