About the role
Presidio seeks a senior AWS Solutions Architect to lead technical pre-sales, design cloud migration and modernization architectures, and strengthen the Solutions Architecture team. The role combines hands-on solution architecture with team leadership and client-facing proposal work.
What you’ll do
Architect cloud migration and modernization solutions
Support client-facing proposals and pre-sales engagements
Deliver consulting and advisory services for IT strategy, application placement, and cloud governance
Design standardized solution designs and technical best practices
Build cost models using AWS Pricing Calculator
Provide team leadership within the Solutions Architecture organization
What you’ll need
7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, delivery, or similar customer-facing roles
3+ years in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services
Deep AWS expertise across core services, container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code
Strong cloud migration and modernization background
Exceptional communication and executive presence
