About the role
ZBiotics is seeking a Senior Packaging and Retail Experiential Designer to create packaging systems and in-store retail materials as the company expands into retail. What you’ll do

What you’ll need
6+ years of packaging design experience, ideally at a consumer brand in CPG, food and beverage, wellness, or beauty
Strong portfolio showing sophisticated packaging design, concept development, structural thinking, and production execution
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma and Google Workspace
Experience designing retail/in-store materials and partnering with packaging developers, suppliers, and manufacturers through production
Experience with 3D design/rendering software and building/scaling design systems or brand guidelines
Familiarity with retailer requirements and FDA labeling for food, beverage, or supplement packaging; detail-oriented, collaborative, and commercially minded
