What you’ll do
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Lead process improvement and development initiatives
Support solution implementation and user acceptance testing
Provide reporting and data analysis to guide decision-making
Serve as liaison between Operations and IT
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Minimum two years of business analyst or relevant insurance agency operations experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
