About the role

What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of technical initiatives, primarily software delivery
• Coordinate distributed teams and stakeholders
• Oversee delivery practices and reporting
• Improve project management standards and processes
• Apply appropriate project management practices to each project

What you’ll need

• 5+ years (junior) or 10-15 years (senior) of project management experience
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software projects
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management practices
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Smartsheet, or equivalent PM tools
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams, including asynchronous communication and cross-time-zone coordination
• 4-year undergraduate degree and strong stakeholder management and communication skills
