About the role

What you’ll need
2–4 years in Account Operations, RevOps, Customer Operations, or SaaS Lifecycle Provisioning
Experience in B2B SaaS, recurring-revenue platforms, or IoT/Cloud-connected hardware ecosystems
Hands-on with CRM and subscription management systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora, NetSuite, Zoho Desk)
High precision in tracking records across disparate systems
Familiarity with physical access control, VSaaS, or physical security channels and reseller models
