About the role
Principal Product Manager responsible for building and commercializing a new Agentic Operations for Auto Insurance Claims product line, including defining agent capabilities, autonomy, safety standards, and enterprise adoption, with hands-on AI agent development.
What you’ll do
Build and commercialize a new Agentic Operations product line
Define agent capabilities, autonomy, and safety standards
Drive enterprise adoption and customer validation
Support sales enablement and pricing strategy
Own the product roadmap
Hands-on development of AI agents
What you’ll need
6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS
At least one 0-to-1 product build in a startup or high-velocity environment
Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical
Experience building and shipping AI-driven products; LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred
Track record working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and experience in sales/GTM contexts
