About the role
Radiant is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment and scale world-class teams for its portable nuclear microreactor startup. Background in hardware recruiting (electrical, mechanical, technicians)
Experience building diverse and inclusive teams
Willing to work extended hours and weekends; 100% onsite in El Segundo
