About the role
Supportiv is hiring a Head of Product and Engineering to lead product strategy, UX, and engineering delivery for its AI-powered peer support platform. This remote role combines product ownership, engineering leadership, and customer-facing technical and security responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Own the product roadmap, user experience, measurement, iteration, and engineering delivery
Lead and develop the engineering team as the platform scales
Represent the company in customer technical and security discussions
Translate opportunities into PRDs, user stories, technical requirements, and success metrics
Establish priorities, remove roadblocks, and hold the team accountable for execution
Balance tradeoffs across user value, customer needs, effort, technical debt, security, scalability, and speed
What you’ll need
Strong experience in software/product development lifecycles, cost-benefit analysis, and cross-timezone team coordination
Security-first mindset treating HIPAA, SOC 2, and FedRAMP as core to product development
Fluency in Python, Angular, TypeScript, NgRx, Firestore, GCP, and AWS
Experience with product analytics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and user research
Experience bringing AI/ML capabilities into production and managing their lifecycle
Deep experience in digital health, behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare technology strongly preferred
