About the role

What you’ll do
Manage initiative flow across cross-pod dependencies
Ensure quality gates and compliance

Adapt Agile ceremonies to AI-augmented team models
3–5 years in Agile delivery, project management, or program coordination in a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD)
Working knowledge of human-in-the-loop (HITL) gate concepts
Proficiency with Jira, Scriptrunner, Confluence, and Aha!
