What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain production-ready AI voice agents
Own agent architecture and quality
Translate customer processes into agent behavior
Partner with Engineering and Customer Delivery teams
Review calls and transcripts to identify conversational failures
Turn findings into concrete improvements
What you’ll need
1+ years experience in conversational design or voice UX
Hands-on experience building AI agents or conversational systems
Strong understanding of conversation structure, turn-taking, intent recognition
Prompt engineering skills and ability to translate workflows into agent instructions
Ability to review calls and transcripts and identify patterns
Technical fluency with agent-building platforms, APIs, integrations
