About the role
Counterpart Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Provider Success for the Southeast Region to lead regional execution of the national provider success strategy, manage provider relationships and team performance, and improve market-level outcomes. The role focuses on value-based care, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, and primary care providers, supporting earlier diagnosis and chronic condition care management.
What you’ll do
Lead regional execution of the national provider success strategy across the Southeast
Oversee provider relationships, adoption, and team performance
Drive market-level outcomes in the South region
Define and guide account-level strategy for provider-facing teams
Influence primary care providers and direct/indirect teams
Partner with technology/product teams on tools supporting field execution
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
8–10+ years in healthcare operations, provider operations, or value-based care programs
4+ years in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or risk-bearing health plan models
Experience leading and influencing direct and indirect teams, including multi-state provider operations
Experience working with and influencing Primary Care providers
Must reside in Alabama, North Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, or West Virginia
