About the role
This role supports and improves Mastronardi Produce's multi-site infrastructure spanning Azure, on-premises systems, and operational facilities. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, strong networking/server/cloud skills, and the ability to lead projects independently.
What you’ll do
Support and improve multi-site infrastructure across Azure and on-premises systems
Manage networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, backup, and security
Independently lead infrastructure projects
Troubleshoot hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
Collaborate across operations, leadership, and vendors
What you’ll need
3–5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or a similar role
Strong technical competency in routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP
Ability to manage and execute technical projects with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills across operations, leadership, and vendors
Experience working in warehouse, greenhouse, manufacturing, or other always-on operational environments
