About the role
InstantServe LLC is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support full-stack web applications, with a strong focus on secure healthcare systems and regulated health data. The role spans frontend and backend development, APIs, security, data integration, and production support.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack web applications
Build and maintain frontend and backend features, APIs, and integrations
Implement security, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
Integrate with AWS services, enterprise APIs, analytics platforms, and data pipelines
Support production systems including monitoring, logging, and operational support
Work with healthcare applications handling sensitive data under HIPAA and governance requirements
What you’ll need
8+ years designing and supporting full-stack web applications
Experience with UI development, APIs, security, data integration, and production support
5+ years with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, FastAPI, and Terraform
3+ years in healthcare, public health, or disease surveillance applications
3+ years with AWS services, enterprise integrations, and event-driven architectures
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud healthcare platforms
