About the role

Tulip seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for life sciences customers, managing complex, multi-geographical projects and driving adoption of AI-assisted workflows. The role blends project execution with thought leadership, requiring deep manufacturing operations expertise.

What you’ll do

Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
Define project success and requirements
Lead organization of information and communication
Provide expertise and thought leadership for digital transformations
Scope and quote projects for customers

What you’ll need

5+ years in project/program management or related roles
Experience with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
Experience with manufacturing operations
Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Nice to have: AI-assisted tools, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, PMP, life sciences manufacturing
