What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10 or more years of related experience
Deep knowledge of the Individual Life insurance marketplace
Demonstrated leadership in product strategy, innovation, or product design
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
People leadership experience including setting priorities and developing talent
