Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience delivering instructor-led training to large groups
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specifications
Hands-on experience with UAT, functional testing, and software QA
