About the role

What you’ll do
Lead the CFO’s strategic programs and coordinate execution across Finance and other functions
Oversee Finance operating rhythms
Drive AI adoption and tools across the organization
Manage initiatives involving talent, international expansion, and ESG
Turn ambiguity into owners and dates; launch programs from a blank page
Hold senior stakeholders to commitments and deadlines
What you’ll need
12+ years in Chief of Staff, program management, strategy and operations, or consulting, ideally with Finance exposure or late-stage high-growth SaaS experience
Record of running multi-stakeholder programs with hard deadlines, such as an audit, systems implementation, or compliance effort
Strong writing and executive presence
Demonstrated use of AI to change how work gets done, with examples of what you built
MBA or equivalent experience
AI or cybersecurity SaaS experience
