What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of project leadership in a cross-functional environment
4+ years hands-on experience in a key software development lifecycle role
Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP, and other modern development methodologies
Strong technical background in communications, telephony, hosted-solutions, or contact center
