Lilly is seeking an Associate Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the LillyDirect Pharmacy Covered Entity Data Hub, partnering across business, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare data products.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the LillyDirect Pharmacy Covered Entity Data Hub
Bridge business, data engineering, enterprise technology, external partners, and compliance teams
Deliver secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare data products
Manage Agile software delivery teams using Jira and Scrum
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, healthcare informatics, or a related field
5+ years of product owner, technical product manager, data product manager, or business systems analyst experience
3+ years with enterprise data platforms, data integration, analytics, or cloud-based data ecosystems
Experience managing Agile delivery teams and defining product roadmaps
Experience in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments and healthcare data products
Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data governance, data engineering, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure
