About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead execution, standardization, and scaling of training programs across warehousing and materials operations
• Manage onboarding, systems training, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build collaborative relationships with operational leaders and translate business needs into training solutions
• Support system migrations and tool adoption training
• Align training programs across distinct but dependent business units
• Lead and manage direct reports

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Program Management
• Experience working within or directly supporting supply chain, warehouse, or materials management in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading and managing direct reports
• Demonstrated experience executing, standardizing, and scaling training/onboarding programs across multiple locations
• Superb facilitation and coaching skills for frontline materials handlers, operations managers, and industrial engineers
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
