About the role

What you’ll do
Deliver civil fiber construction programs connecting AWS data center campuses and network facilities
Manage program schedules, budgets, and contractors
Oversee permitting with DOTs, municipalities, and railroads
Ensure construction quality and safety
Manage multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate route planning through project turnover
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of construction or program management experience in civil, utility, telecom OSP, or heavy infrastructure
Experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects
3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Deep experience managing quality deployment of complex ISP/OSP projects
Deep understanding of the fiber construction process
